I have for you an easy recipe for a salad with blackberries and crispy bacon. Yes, I added bacon! I wasn’t sure about this mix because I never mixed fruits with meat. However, blackberries and bacon are very good combination. I also added blue cheese and nuts. It was the best salad I ever ate. Come and taste it :)
Ingredients
150g baby spinach
100g blackberries
6 slices bacon
120g cheese camembert
100g cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 teaspoons chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Instruction
Slices of bacon fry in hot pan, next let cool and cut into smaller pieces.
Wash the spinach and put into a large bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, blackberries, bacon and camembert. Gently mix. Add oil to the salad and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
