
I love coffee! In fact, every day I start with a cup of coffee with milk. And nothing tastes as good as morning coffee. I could sleep a little longer before my work. But, because I like to drink my coffee in peace I get up early.
That’s why I really like autumn too. It is that moment when I can use cinnamon and sometimes honey with my coffee. It is so delicious! But what if I add to chocolate and whipped cream? This combination makes a great coffee dessert, which You can enjoy on the bad days :)
Ingredients for two servings
1/2 milk chocolate bars
1/2 cup milk
200 ml of brewed coffee
mint leaves to decorate
nuts – for sprinkling
250 ml whipping cream 30%
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instruction
In a saucepan, boil the milk. Chocolate pieces add to hot milk. Stir over low heat until chocolate melted.
Brew a cup of coffee and pour into 2 glasses and add milk with chocolate.
Beat heavily chilled cream with powdered sugar to stiff (beat at top speed mixer). Put whipping cream to a piping bag and decorate coffee. Sprinkle with nuts and place fresh mint leaf on the top.
