I should point out that these are cookies without baking. They are made from the combination of oatmeal, chocolate and butter. This was my first experiment, where I didn’t have to turn on the oven. Although I wasn’t sure of this method, they turned out to be delicious :)
Ingredients
1 rolled (old–fashioned) oats
1/2 cup of muesli
1 banana
120 g butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
50 g of milk chocolate
remaining ingredients
100g of milk chocolate
walnuts – chopped
Instruction
In a small pot, melt the butter.
Put chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of barely simmering water (the bowl does not touch the water). Stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove it from the heat.
Put oats into a bowl and mix with muesli. Add the melted butter, honey, cinnamon and mix. Mash the a banana with a fork and add the rest of ingredients. At the end add the melted chocolate. Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper.
Wet your hands under cold water and form a ball (no need to be perfect). Put the cookies in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
1 bar of chocolate broken into smaller pieces, put into a metal bowl and put on a pot of boiling water. Heat over low heat until chocolate is melted.
Dip the cookies in chocolate glaze (best help yourself with a fork) and put on a wax paper. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate for an hour.
